Iran Khodro Motor Manufacturing Assembly Saloon

Iran Khodro Motor Manufacturing Assembly Saloon includes a-7000sqm shed with an official connex, logistic saloon for deputing stock tools. The saloon was commenced for production line of Peugeot 206 engine, and Technaab Co. took over the execution of all general installations such as HVAC systems that are installing air washers and unit heaters, around 12km piping; electrical systems such as distributing power through bus ducts for all conveyers; erecting low current systems.

Peugeot 206 machining and developing saloon is in the second and third phase of the project; assembling machining line of 206 engines with 50000 sets is in the second phase and 250000 sets in the third phase of development. All piping, air supply spiral duct, mastic water saloon, HVAC systems (including ventilators, air washers, unit heaters); and power distribution through high and mid cables, power bus ducts; installing LV boards and low current system were performed on a substructure with 14000sqm area. The saloons have a central motor house. Technaab Co. performed all building operations, electrical and mechanical installations, with all existing equipment such as hot water boiler, osmotic hardness abruption of chillers, fuel and water supply reservoirs for unit heaters, etc.
