Agricultural Biotechnology Research Center

Daily increasing need for research and studies particularly in the field of agriculture and biotechnology resulted in preliminary construction and execution of a project in research and studies context. Therefore, the Research and Studies Center of Agriculture Biotechnology related to agriculture Jihad was defined within development projects. This project includes constructing central laboratory, official building, central motor house, restaurant, association’s saloon with 25000sqm area on a land of about 20000m. the laboratory building is under construction in 10 floors with concrete skeleton and with 1500sqm substructure for each floor where the clean rooms, phytotrains, and other related sections in the field of seeds studies as well as zoology (to some extent) will be constructed and supplied. The central motor house consists of boiler and chiller system that provides the total site with heating and cooling. The stated project was constructed as a horseshoe and the entire space are linked by suspended corridors.
