I.R.I.B Residential Tower

I.R.I.B Residential Tower(Zafaranieh Negin Tower)   consists of 20 floors, 3 basement floors, parking, and a motor house. The upper floors are 65 residential units. The heating and cooling system includes 3 boilers and chillers with direct flame, water reservoir, boosters of water supply and fire fighting pumps as well as related control systems. For emergency, a diesel generator is included. There are swimming pools, Jacuzzi, body training saloon, garbage shooting system, central antenna, and fire alarm and control systems in the building.
