Tehran Medical System Residential Complex

Tehran Medical System Residential Complex (Mehr Residential Complex) belongs to housing cooperative of the members of Medical System Organization. It is located in an area of about 2500sqm in Saadatabad-Tehran and includes 3 parking floors, 13 residential floors wit 104 units with 120 to 200sqm areas.

A part of ground floor is dedicated to waiting and associations saloon. The building has 3 elevators for people and one for loads connected to emergency power system. Gym, pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi are located in second floor basement with modern equipment and design. The building has air conditioning system including heating and cooling with central motor house consisting of absorbing chillers, boilers, thermal convertors, for feeding fan coil and air handling units.

The building electrical systems were entirely executed. They include audio, antenna, central satellite, fire alarm, closed conduit cameras, emergency power, and diesel generators.

The project was appointed as the selected one by the ministry of cooperatives in 2003 due to the high quality of consumed materials, regular execution and modern equipment.
